Christine has worked in the NHS, Educational and Charitable settings. She is also a trained Youth Counsellor and Couples Counsellor.

She has experience of working with a wide variety of issues which include stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, self-development, sexuality and gender identity.

She has extensive experience of working with people who live and work in stressful environments.

Susan Stonebridge, counsellor

Susan has worked in the public and private sectors and for both the NHS and charitable organisations. She is trained and accredited Bereavement Counsellor. She is also a trained Couples Counsellor and Youth Counsellor.

She works with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress management, relationships, workplace issues, self-development and gender identity.

She has specialised training and experience counselling men and women affected by abuse, rape and domestic violence.
