I have worked in the NHS, Educational and Charitable settings. I am also a trained Youth Counsellor and Couples Counsellor.

I have experience of working with a wide variety of issues which include stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, self-development, sexuality and gender identity.

I have extensive experience of working with people who live and work in stressful environments.
